Master of Science in Accounting (MSA)

Dominican University’s Master of Science in Accounting (MSA) program is a fully online program with no undergraduate accounting background required.! Based on your career goals, choose from one of two high-impact pathways. If you do not wish to specialize in a specific area, our standard MSA pathway can be completed in just 10 courses. In our MSA Plus Financial Reporting Concentration, you will complete three additional courses covering advanced topics to prepare you for the Business Analysis and Reporting CPA exam.

Library Technical Assistant (LTA) Certificate - Master of Library and Information (MLIS) Accelerated Program

Thanks to a partnership between Dominican University and College of DuPage (COD), students who have completed a Library Technical Assistant (LTA) Certificate at COD can transfer to Dominican and complete their MLIS. You’ll prepare for leadership roles in a burgeoning field, developing advanced qualifications more efficiently. And, LTA holders are eligible for a 50% discount on four core MLIS courses at Dominican.

Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Information Studies

Earn your PhD in just three years, while you continue working in your field. In this program, you’ll move beyond your master’s degree into a rigorous research-focused academic experience, opening doors to leadership, faculty and research positions in academia, libraries, information centers and more. Tailor your graduate experience to the areas of library information science (LIS) and other related fields that impact your work. In this customizable program, you’ll complete a core curriculum of at least five courses related to your area of LIS concentration, and then pursue other interdisciplinary courses of your choosing. With approval, courses from another accredited university may be applied to your MPS.

School Library Media Program

Become a highly-qualified school librarian. In this program, you’ll develop well-rounded skills for serving children and youth, integrating library services with school curriculum, and developing and administering effective library programs. Complement your coursework with clinical practice in school settings. And, if you have your Professional Educator License (PEL), you can complete coursework to earn the PK-12 Library Information specialist endorsement.

Master of Science (MS) in Nutrition

Master of Science (MS) in Nutrition with Local Supervised Practice

Prepare to become an entry-level Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) while earning a graduate degree that will help you grow in your long-term career path. In our ACEND-accredited program, you’ll gain skills for careers in public health, community nutrition or clinical nutrition—all while completing the minimum 1,200 hours of supervised practice required to become an RDN.
